      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage accounts payable and expense management tasks, including processing AMEX charges and filing documentation
      - Handle accounts receivable, including client ACHs and invoicing for various services
      - Process payroll entries, including HSA contributions and local payroll taxes
      - Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting and reconciliation tasks
      - Collaborate with the admin and finance team to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years performing full charge bookkeeping
      - At least 2 years of experience using QuickBooks Desktop
      - Strong Excel skills with knowledge of pivot tables and power query
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with software such as BILL, Tallie, and SaasAnt
      - Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset
      - Proven ability to manage high-priority tasks in a dynamic work environment
      - Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
      - Strong knowledge of prepaids and accruals
