What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and ensure the accurate reporting of client credit information to major credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion)
- Submit and update credit data for new loans, changes in account status, and other credit-related events
- Monitor credit reporting activities to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards
- Utilize eOSCAR software to manage and resolve credit disputes and inaccuracies efficiently
- Process and respond to credit report disputes in accordance with regulatory requirements (e.g., FCRA, ECOA)

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Expertise with eOSCAR software and a deep understanding of credit dispute resolution processes
- Knowledge of the credit reporting industry, including regulations (FCRA, ECOA, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and accurate manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for handling disputes and communicating with both internal teams and external stakeholders
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for tracking and analyzing data

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the loan services industry
- Familiarity with additional credit reporting tools and software
- Previous work experience in a compliance-related role
- Knowledge of data analysis techniques
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
