What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to crisis chats and texts, providing emotional support and crisis intervention
- Assess crisis situations for suicide risk and develop safety/action plans
- Document interactions accurately in an electronic health record system
- Research community resources to facilitate access to care and support
- Conduct follow-up communications with clients as directed by supervisors

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current CIS I, II, or III certification
- Ability to meet Qualified Mental Health Associate requirements
- Strong knowledge of crisis intervention techniques and practices
- Excellent communication, empathy, and teamwork skills
- Proficient with technology, including computers and telecommunication systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Graduate degree in psychology, social work, or a related field, or relevant crisis intervention experience
- ASIST certification
- Experience in a call center environment, particularly with crisis text or chat services
