What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and provide crisis counseling services remotely
- Connect with individuals experiencing emotional distress or mental health issues over the phone
- Build rapport and engage clients effectively
- Assess risk, document interactions, and provide necessary resources or information
- Identify coping strategies and develop safety plans for individuals in crisis

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduate degree in a behavioral health field (MSW, PsyD, or PhD) or a master's degree (M.A. or M.S.) in behavioral health with a clinical practice emphasis
- Licensed as a limited or fully licensed social worker or counselor according to state licensing board requirements
- Reside in Tennessee and hold one of the following licenses: LPC, LPC/MHSP, LMSW, LCSW, LAPSW, LMFT, or Psychologist
- Ability to maintain a distraction-free private office space for remote work
- Excellent communication skills and ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment

- Experience in crisis intervention or counseling roles in a healthcare-related setting
