What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to crisis contacts across various helplines with care and professionalism
- Document crisis interactions accurately in an electronic health record system
- Collaborate with team members to manage crisis contact flow and ensure availability for urgent calls
- Conduct follow-up calls to individuals who have reached out for support
- Participate in mandatory training and workshops to stay updated on crisis intervention best practices

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to meet Qualified Mental Health Associate requirements
- Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques and mental health terminology
- Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in a web-based computer environment and multi-line phone systems
- Must demonstrate strong attendance and punctuality

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Graduate degree in psychology, social work, or a behavioral science field, or equivalent experience
- ASIST certification
- CADC certification strongly preferred
- Previous experience in a call center environment
