What is Required (Qualifications):
- High-speed internet connection with a minimum speed of 60mbps download and 10mbps upload
- Availability for full-time or part-time shifts including evenings, weekends, and rotating schedules
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong problem-solving abilities
