      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage inbound and outbound calls, providing information on membership options, benefits, and account status
      - Review, verify, and process membership applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness
      - Maintain and update member information in CRM systems, ensuring data integrity
      - Perform regular audits of member data to ensure compliance with client standards
      - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance service delivery

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
      - 2-4 years of experience in healthcare-related fields such as health insurance processing or customer service
      - Proficiency in healthcare medical terminology and Microsoft Office Suite
      - Strong typing and data entry skills with the ability to manage multiple systems
      - Must be able to clear a background check
