      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate responses to member and provider inquiries
      - Review, verify, and process membership applications to ensure completeness and accuracy
      - Maintain and update member information in CRM systems, ensuring data integrity
      - Perform regular audits of member data for compliance with client standards and regulations
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
      - 2-4 years of experience in health insurance processing, customer service, call center, or medical office
      - Strong understanding of healthcare terminology, including ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems
      - Must be able to clear a background check
