      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer inquiries and support issues
      - Utilize advanced contact center technology for account management tasks
      - Identify and apply sales skills to promote products and services
      - Escalate customer dissatisfaction appropriately to ensure resolution
      - Ensure first call resolution through effective problem-solving and call handling

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be 18 years of age or older
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
      - Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
      - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in customer service, tech support, or inside sales is a plus
      - Strong aptitude for conflict resolution and negotiation
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing circumstances
