What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound calls and make outbound sales inquiries using advanced contact center technology
- Listen to and resolve customer issues effectively
- Utilize systems to complete account management tasks and manage customer accounts
- Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade customer services
- Ensure first call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in customer service, tech support, inside sales, or back-office support is a plus
