      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy

      - Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records in the database
      - Collaborate with the call center team to achieve departmental goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment
      - Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly over the phone
      - Proficiency in data entry and computer systems; familiarity with office software is a plus
      - Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
