What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communications to provide exceptional customer service
- Accurately input orders and appointments across multiple programs
- Document inquiries for outside sales and manage escalated calls promptly
- Solve problems independently and collaboratively with the team
- Perform general office duties such as filing, faxing, and creating documents in Word and Excel

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Dependability and excellent attendance record
- 3-5 years of customer service and/or office administrative experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to quickly learn programs and product knowledge
- Proficiency in using a PC and navigating a Windows environment
