Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Answer high call volume and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Identify, research, and resolve issues using various applications and resources.
- Research billing issues and process insurance endorsements.
- Process credit card and check payments.
- Provide product/service information and offer additional products.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- Minimum one year of Call Center experience or two years in Customer Service.
- Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Strong data entry skills.
- Typing speed of 35 wpm.
- In-person training for 6 weeks required.
Telecommuting Requirements:
- Candidate must have a private and conducive remote workspace.
- Candidate must have dependent and/or adult care during working hours.
- Candidate must have access to high-speed internet with a direct wired LAN connection.
- Candidate must have necessary equipment or accessories for the job.

Additional Information:
- Office Hours: Monday – Friday: 6 am - 8 pm, Saturday: 8 am - 5 pm
