What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as an information resource for billing, programming, and technical troubleshooting questions
- Promote products and services to new and existing customers
- Provide solutions for customer needs, from simple concerns to complex situations
- Engage with a diverse consumer base through back-to-back phone calls
- Support customers during operational hours of 6 AM to 10 PM MT, with flexibility for schedule changes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current residence in Tennessee to be eligible for hire
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Six months of related customer service and troubleshooting experience and/or training
- Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift
- Open availability to work between the hours of 6 AM to 10 PM MT, including weekends and holidays

- Tech savviness with the ability to operate multiple windows and tabs while assisting customers
- Superb attendance and the ability to be on camera during video meetings
