What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage customer accounts and provide necessary technical support
- Perform application data entry and respond to online chat inquiries
- Follow defined procedures and policies while interpreting customer needs
- Engage in extensive self-study and training to meet performance standards

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Moderate to advanced computer skills with a high level of comfort learning new technology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to commit to full attendance during the 3-week training period
- Comfortable working from home with a dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles
- Familiarity with Group and/or Individual health insurance and the Affordable Care Act
- Experience working in a call center environment
- Knowledge of CRM systems and practices
- Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
