What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls with clients placing meal orders
- Address questions and provide exceptional customer service
- Input order information into the appropriate client order screen
- Document all client conversations into the database
- Ensure all assigned clients are contacted and have an order on file

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of previous customer service experience
- Previous knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office suite
- Clear oral communication skills
- Ability to deescalate situations and quickly resolve customer complaints

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1 year of previous call center experience
- Previous experience with auto dialer, multi-line phone system, and/or CRM systems
- Previous experience working with HIPAA policies and procedures
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
