What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage customer accounts and provide technical support as needed
- Perform application data entry and respond to online chat inquiries
- Follow defined procedures and policies while demonstrating creative problem-solving skills
- Maintain time and task management to prioritize multiple responsibilities effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Moderate to advanced computer skills and a high level of comfort with new technology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Committed to full attendance during the paid 3-week training period
- Dedicated, private, and secure workspace with a minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles
- Familiarity with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
- Experience in a call center environment
- Knowledge of CRM systems and practices
- Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
