As a Customer Service Associate, you will have the opportunity to support our call center and help candidates get hired. We are looking for talented individuals who can provide direct support to internal employees, both domestically and overseas. Key job responsibilities:
- Receive and resolve inquiries via phone, chats, and emails from employee contact channels
- Take ownership of employee contacts and ensure they are resolved effectively
- Utilize available documentation to resolve inquiries and escalate when necessary
- Build customer trust through personalized conversations and adjust case management plans as needed
- Collaborate with partner teams to improve policies and resolve cross-functional issues
Basic qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a contact center or contact handling position
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 support process, including night shifts if required
- Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience in HR or HR shared services
- Experience providing consultation and guidance on human resources, benefits, or complex employee matters
