      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer inbound customer calls and respond to digital communication in a friendly manner
      - Utilize upselling techniques and handle customer inquiries efficiently to achieve first-contact resolutions
      - Maintain detailed notes of customer interactions for future reference
      - Update and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed
      - Identify and report customer trends to management for service improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Graduate or GED
      - Minimum of 2 years of contact center experience in a customer service role
      - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
      - Proficiency in using multiple computer systems simultaneously
      - Ability to meet daily KPIs for phone, email, and chat interactions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer excellence
      - Familiarity with upselling techniques and sales metrics
      - Capacity to embrace change and adapt to new protocols
      - Previous experience training new representatives
