- Handle inbound calls from existing customers in a remote operating environment
- Build rapport and create exceptional customer experiences by presenting product and service solutions
- Be sales-focused, driving incremental revenue by upselling products to existing customers
- Achieve multiple performance metrics to earn uncapped monthly cross-commissions
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all interactions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6 months + of experience in customer service
- 6 months + of experience with cross-selling or upselling
- Call center insurance experience (an asset, not mandatory)
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to craft solutions for clients and customers
- Residing and working in the United States
