      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer inbound customer calls and respond to digital communications in a friendly and effective manner
      - Resolve customer issues on the first contact whenever possible, ensuring a seamless experience
      - Maintain detailed notes in the system for each customer interaction to enhance service continuity
      - Follow quality assurance standards and meet key performance indicators (KPIs)
      - Assist with training new representatives and manage special projects as assigned

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Graduate or GED
      - Minimum of 2 years of contact center experience in a customer service role
      - Strong communication skills with a focus on active listening and upselling
      - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve daily KPIs
      - Must pass background and credit checks, with specific financial criteria

      - Experience in a remote work environment
      - Familiarity with multiple customer service systems and processes
      - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs in previous roles
      - Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify trends from customer interactions
