      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer inbound customer calls and respond to digital communications in a friendly manner using active listening skills
      - Resolve customer issues effectively during the first point of contact

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Graduate or GED
      - Minimum of 2 years of contact center experience in a customer service role
      - Strong communication skills with a focus on active listening and following protocols
      - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve daily KPIs for phone, email, and chat
      - Must possess a reliable computer, USB headset, and quiet work environment
