      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer inbound customer calls and respond to digital communications in a friendly manner
      - Utilize upselling techniques and ensure first-contact resolutions for customer issues
      - Maintain detailed notes for each customer interaction to ensure seamless follow-up
      - Identify trends from customer feedback and report them to management
      - Assist in training new representatives and handling special projects as assigned

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Graduate or GED
      - Minimum of 2 years of contact center experience in a call center-related field, including customer service
      - Strong communication skills and active listening abilities
      - Proficiency in working with multiple systems while managing customer interactions
      - Ability to achieve daily key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer interactions
