      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle back-to-back tech support or customer service phone calls with customers throughout your shift
      - Provide solutions for customer needs and technical issues while engaging with a diverse consumer base
      - Participate in training programs to enhance skills, including soft skills and technical knowledge
      - Utilize customer-facing tools to effectively resolve issues
      - Maintain a positive attitude and adapt to changing circumstances while providing excellent customer service

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED
      - Minimum of six months of related customer service and troubleshooting experience or training
      - Ability to work flexible shifts that may include evenings, weekends, or holidays
      - Dependable with a strong commitment to meet expectations and follow through on commitments
      - Must reside in Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, North Carolina, South Carolina, or Tennessee to be eligible for hire

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a customer service role, especially within the telecommunications or media industry
      - Proven resilience and ability to recover quickly from challenging situations
      - Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer inquiries efficiently
      - Ability to multitask effectively without compromising service quality
      - Familiarity with remote work technology and tools
