What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional inbound phone support to Copart Members throughout their membership
- Demonstrate empathy and understanding of client needs to offer effective solutions
- Maintain high standards for call quality and productivity, focusing on first-call resolution
- Utilize company resources to gather information and assist customers effectively
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team and business objectives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: High School diploma
- One year of office support experience in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and computer proficiency (MS Suite)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Typing speed of 45 WPM or higher
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
