      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer inbound customer calls and respond to digital communications in a friendly manner while using active listening skills
      - Resolve customer issues on the first contact and maintain detailed notes for future reference
      - Utilize upselling techniques and maintain knowledge of products and current promotions
      - Place outbound calls as needed and escalate issues to management when necessary
      - Identify and report trends from customer interactions to management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Graduate or GED
      - Minimum of 2 years of contact center experience in a call center-related field, including customer service
      - Strong grammar and communication skills with active listening abilities
      - Ability to achieve daily KPIs for phone, email, and chat interactions
      - Must have reliable Wi-Fi and a quiet, distraction-free work environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with upselling in a customer service environment
      - Familiarity with multiple software systems while handling customer inquiries
      - Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced work environment
