      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound calls and written correspondence from TRICARE beneficiaries regarding benefits, contracts, eligibility, and claims
      - Complete paid virtual training and apply learned skills effectively on the job
      - Document inquiries and track activities in the database to ensure accurate information management
      - Coordinate with team members to address TRICARE member requests promptly
      - Meet quality and first-time resolution objectives while maintaining a productive work environment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Recent experience in at-home call center support with a history of quality call scoring and excellent attendance
      - High school diploma or equivalent required
      - Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to pass a background check and drug screen
      - Proficiency in MS Windows and other computer applications
      - Personal PC or laptop with a wired internet connection must meet specified requirements for home office setup

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Customer service experience is desired; call center experience is ideal
      - Strong aptitude for serving military members and their beneficiaries with care and empathy
      - Excellent communication skills, including the ability to engage in difficult conversations and resolve conflicts effectively
