      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer inbound customer calls and respond to digital communications in a friendly manner
      - Utilize upselling techniques and provide first-contact resolutions for customer issues
      - Maintain detailed notes for each customer interaction to ensure a seamless experience
      - Follow quality assurance standards and meet key performance indicator (KPI) targets
      - Identify trends in customer feedback and report them to management with detailed data

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Graduate or GED
      - Minimum of 2 years of contact center experience in a customer service role
      - Strong grammar and communication skills
      - Ability to achieve daily KPIs for phone, email, and chat interactions
      - Must pass a background and credit check
