- Proficient in using multiple computer systems simultaneously

**How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):**
- Experience with upselling techniques
- Ability to achieve daily KPIs for phone, email, and chat interactions
- Previous training or mentoring experience in a customer service setting
- Familiarity with quality assurance metrics and protocols
