What is Required (Qualifications):

- Minimum of 2 years of contact center experience in a customer service role
- Strong grammar and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to achieve daily KPIs for phone, email, and chat interactions
- Must have a reliable computer, webcam, and USB headset for remote training
