      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer inbound calls, assess caller needs, and provide appropriate resolutions
      - Document calls thoroughly and accurately for record-keeping
      - Follow company policies and escalate issues as necessary
      - Deliver clear and professional communication to customers
      - Manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute
      - Internet speed test results: 70% minimum
      - At least 1 year of telephone customer service experience
      - Must pass a criminal background check, credit check, and fingerprinting
      - Strong communication skills with excellent grammar and spelling
