What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other channels, providing accurate and timely information
- Clarify and resolve customer issues by identifying needs and implementing effective solutions
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members or departments for prompt resolution
- Document all interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate records
- Adhere to quality standards and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity and customer satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience required, preferably in a call center or help desk environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality

- Associate Degree or some college coursework in a related field
