What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Handle signals from one location/area and TTY stations
- Work weekends, holidays, and shifts with potential for mandatory overtime

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and internet usage
- Excellent communication, listening, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changes in the work environment
- Ability to concentrate on tasks without being distracted

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in alarm monitoring or related field
- Certification in alarm monitoring services
