      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle high volumes of incoming calls from customers requesting to cancel services and provide expert problem-solving to retain their business
      - Utilize sales and customer service skills to persuade and upsell customers by addressing their concerns and frustrations
      - Manage back-to-back calls with empathy and professionalism, focusing on de-escalation and customer satisfaction
      - Identify cancellation reasons and negotiate effective solutions to retain long-term business
      - Maintain knowledge of products, services, and industry standards to provide accurate information and solutions to customers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role, focused on customer retention
      - At least 2 years of call center customer service or sales experience
      - High school diploma, GED, or equivalent educational experience
      - Ability to multitask and navigate multiple software programs simultaneously
      - Strong negotiation, active listening, and problem-solving skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a sales or retention role with a focus on performance metrics
      - Familiarity with interpreting contracts and communicating terms effectively
      - Ability to perform quick calculations to assist customers
      - Previous experience in a fast-paced call center environment
