What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls from customers requesting to cancel services and provide expert problem-solving to retain business.
- Utilize sales experience to persuade and upsell customers while addressing their frustrations.
- Manage back-to-back calls with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Identify concerns through active listening and offer solutions to retain long-term business.
- Maintain knowledge of company policies, products, and industry standards to effectively assist customers.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years in a sales role focused on customer retention and performance.
- At least 2 years of call center customer service or sales experience.
- High school diploma, GED, college degree, or some college experience.
- Attendance adherence and punctuality during the training/onboarding program are critical.
- Ability to work from a designated distraction-free home environment with high-speed internet.

- Experience in interpreting contracts and communicating terms and conditions.
- Proficiency in performing quick calculations and negotiation skills.
- Strong active listening skills and the ability to multitask with multiple screens and programs.
