      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle high volumes of incoming calls from customers requesting to cancel services and identify opportunities to retain them
      - Utilize problem-solving and negotiation skills to persuade customers and upsell while ensuring a positive experience
      - Manage back-to-back calls with empathy and professionalism, addressing customer concerns effectively
      - Maintain knowledge of ADT policies, products, and services to provide accurate solutions
      - Consistently achieve performance goals and contribute to long-term customer retention efforts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years in a sales role focused on customer retention or sales performance
      - Minimum of 2 years of call center customer service or sales experience
      - High school diploma, GED, or some college experience
      - Strong active listening, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to work in a distraction-free environment with reliable high-speed internet

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience interpreting contracts and communicating terms and conditions to customers
      - Ability to perform quick calculations and manage multiple screens and programs
      - Proven track record of saving customers and retaining loyalty to a product or service
