What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years in a sales role with a focus on customer retention or loyalty
- Minimum of 2 years of call center customer service/sales experience
- High school diploma, GED, or some college experience
- Ability to work in a distraction-free environment with high-speed internet connection
- Strong active listening and negotiation skills
