What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical support for inquiries related to Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC) and CPR training products
- Respond accurately to customer emails and calls, ensuring timely resolution of issues
- Update customer records and enter data in CRM tools to maintain accurate information
- Collaborate with sales staff to address customer concerns and ensure uniform responses
- Maintain awareness of product information and assist in the training of customers and instructors
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least two (2) years of experience in a customer service field or call center environment
- At least one (1) year of experience providing first-level technical support to customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Outlook
