      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide technical support for customer inquiries related to Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC) and CPR training products via phone and email
      - Assist students and instructors with proprietary applications and ensure accurate responses to technical questions
      - Update and maintain customer records in CRM tools, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with productivity guidelines
      - Collaborate with sales staff to ensure uniform responses and timely resolutions to customer issues
      - Adapt technical responses based on multiple applications and escalate concerns as necessary

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least two (2) years of experience in a customer service or call center environment
      - Minimum of one (1) year of experience providing first-level technical support
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Proficiency in navigating multiple programs and internet applications
      - High School diploma or equivalent

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Outlook
      - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop alternative solutions
      - Availability to work Monday through Saturday
