      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle incoming customer service inquiries related to the employer's marketplace via email, assisting with order changes, status updates, and cancellations
      - Demonstrate empathy to address customer concerns and present the employer positively at all times
      - Prevent customer returns and ensure retention by negotiating beneficial solutions
      - Provide proactive follow-up on customer inquiries via phone and email
      - Document customer interactions and maintain quality standards set by the employer's QA program

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of customer service, administrative, or retail experience; call center experience is a plus
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
      - Proficient in computer usage and able to navigate through various programs
      - Strong typing and data entry skills with the ability to multitask effectively
      - Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays, with regular attendance required
