      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle incoming customer inquiries and issues related to Marketplace services via email
      - Resolve customer concerns with empathy and maintain a positive company image
      - Prevent customer returns and ensure retention through effective negotiation
      - Provide proactive follow-up to all customer inquiries via phone and email
      - Document customer interactions and actions taken for quality assurance purposes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of customer service, administrative, or retail experience; call center experience is a plus
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
      - Proficient in computer usage and able to navigate various programs
      - Strong typing and data entry skills
      - Ability to multitask and handle at least 80 customer interactions per day

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a customer service role within an e-commerce environment
      - Familiarity with quality assurance standards in customer service
      - Ability to work weekends as part of a regular schedule
