What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Independently manage and multitask in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Receive inbound phone calls to assist customers with alarm system and home automation issues
- Troubleshoot technical issues using guided workflows and provide step-by-step resolutions
- Present Virtual Service Call process and schedule onsite Technician visits when necessary
- Focus on delivering excellent customer interactions and experiences with empathy and soft skills

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Troubleshooting skills and strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable, dependable, and able to multitask with ease
- Ability to empathize with customers and prioritize tasks effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience
- Technical experience is a plus but not required
