What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform database queries, compile and analyze data, and furnish statistical analyses and reports related to service delivery and scheduling
- Establish procedures for accurate and efficient data collection and entry into relevant databases
- Input and monitor data collection and reporting functions to support operations and procedures
- Manage shared network drives at the Regional or Installation level
- Provide website development, maintenance, and technical support for software applications to staff
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in quantitative analysis, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of two years' experience in data compilation, analysis, and reporting
- At least two years' experience in database management, IT maintenance, and software application troubleshooting
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of the FFSMIS system
- Experience in providing analytic information and recommendations to leadership
- Demonstrated experience in customer service and multi-tasking
