What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Accurately enter and verify sales orders into Odoo (Sales Order System) remotely
- Convert orders from various channels (Fax, Phone, WhatsApp, Text, Email) into Sales Orders in Odoo
- Ensure all data in Odoo is accurate and complete, including customer and sales information
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
- Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to ensure data accuracy

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience with sales order management systems like Odoo, Netsuite, Sage, Quickbooks, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.
- Fluent in English and proficient in Hindi
- Proficient typing skills with a high level of accuracy balanced with speed
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a remote team
- Familiarity with Google Suite, eFax systems, and transcription services

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Odoo ERP experience with Sales and Invoicing app
- Experience in data entry or a related field
- Use of AI tools to enhance productivity is encouraged
