What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process and digitize incoming healthcare claim forms with high accuracy
- Capture and validate complex data and classify images and documents
- Pre-adjudicate documents and correct data as required
- Verify data from automated extraction tools and complete assignments using multiple source documents
- Work under close supervision while adhering to established procedures and practices

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be able to type at least 40+ words per minute with high accuracy; 10-key proficiency required
- Proficient in computer skills including MS Office and internet research
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining high accuracy
- Must pass an internet speed test with specified criteria and connect via ethernet cable
- Must have a high school diploma or GED and be at least 18 years old

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Basic knowledge of medical claims form processing
