      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process documents electronically and ensure proper classification and transmission to clients
      - Make outbound calls to doctors' offices when volume permits
      - Sort, image, and archive documents by form type
      - Verify data from automated extraction tools and ensure accurate data transmission
      - Comply with all company policies and perform other duties as assigned

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word)
      - Ability to pass a typing test and sit at a computer for extended periods
      - Strong data entry skills and excellent customer service and communication abilities
      - Must be available to work weekends and holidays if required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with application software and navigating computer systems
      - Well-organized with strong computer typing skills for effective note-taking
      - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
