What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process documents electronically and ensure proper classification and transmission to clients
- Make outbound calls to doctor’s offices as needed based on volume
- Verify data from automated extraction tools and ensure accuracy
- Maintain organization of documents, files, and archives
- Perform additional duties as assigned while complying with all policies and standards

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word)
- Must have a secure workspace with high-speed internet
- Ability to pass a typing test and sit for extended periods
- Strong data entry skills and excellent customer service communication abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience navigating application software and performing data entry tasks
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as required
