What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process all invoices in the designated software system (INFOR)
- Verify GL Coding and create/routing Purchase Orders as needed
- Receive, stamp, and distribute incoming invoices for approval
- Manage electronic and paper filing of processed invoices
- Assist the Admin Office Manager with various administrative duties

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have experience in data entry and be self-motivated with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in 10-key by touch is preferred
- Computer literate with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good communication skills (oral and written) with attention to detail
- Familiarity with various office equipment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a similar administrative role within the construction industry
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in invoice processing and GL coding
