What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Move artwork files from the email system to the order system and send them to customers through an automated process
- Conduct internal artwork reviews during slower periods
- Convert quotes to orders
- Manage online user registrations
- Perform case filing by looking up customer contact information in emails

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Salesforce
- Data entry and order entry experience
- Customer service and teamwork experience
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or relevant experience
