What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute data entry tasks efficiently while maintaining high accuracy (minimum typing speed of 40 WPM required)
- Assist in the manual setup of organizations and user credentials during the migration to a new platform
- Support end-users by establishing organization and user profiles
- Collaborate with team members to facilitate seamless transitions for clients to the new application system
- Work flexible shifts as per project requirements, with options including 8 AM-5 PM, 9 AM-6 PM, 10 AM-7 PM, or 11 AM-8 PM (EST)

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable internet connection necessary
- Successful completion of a brief typing assessment required
- Typing proficiency: Fast and accurate typing abilities (over 40 WPM)
- Strong command of English; bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous helpdesk or Tier 1 triage experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to engage directly with end-users
